Oulton Park Race 2

Good start for Benny from pole then torpedoed by Gareth Howell at the first corner and down to fourth. By the end of lap 1 Benny has passed both Ben Winrow and Charlie Butler Henderson and is after Gareth Howell. Lap 5 into Lodge and Benny is through but over the next 8 laps is never able to break away from the predatory Howell. Then into Old Hall on the 14th lap Benny gets the car sideways on the brakes and clips the inside kerb flicking the car onto two wheels see Big Nose Harrys you tube clip here an amazing piece of driving. Benny is desperately disappointed with second but can smile afterwards. As you might guess we can't wait for Silverstone.

Oulton Park Race 1

Third on the grid for Benny and a reasonable start but a wheel off the track pushes him into a 360 degree spin at the first corner and he is the last car down the hill to Cascades. Benny ends lap 1 in 9th and a fight back up the field is on - 7th on lap 2, eventually taking 3rd on 13 where he finished. A podium in his first ever car race and fastest lap is excellent. Benny in his 16 lap race completed ten of the fastest laps - 11th fastest lap went to Charlie Butler Henderson 0.955 seconds slower than Benny.

Testing Calendar

Cadwell Park 9th April.

Plenty of time at all of these if any would be driver wants an extended run at a commercial rate.

Testing Silverstone 22nd February - snowed off

We travelled all the way down to Silverstone to be met by two inches of snow on the ground and a forecast of precipitation until mid afternoon. Michelin were unable to supply studded tyres so we enjoyed a cup of coffee and a chat and were home in time for Lunch.

Duxford

We enjoyed a great day at Duxford on Sunday 31st January. Having an opportunity to meet lots of Abarthisti. The parts we had on display were well received and they will be available within the next few days.

Shop

The Pulce online shop is up and running with a selection of wheels from OZ Racing and brake kits from one of the worlds leading manufacturer of brakes - Brembo. We will have the Assetto Corse race wheels with the embossed red scorpion in the very near future. Please call.
